Delete your LinguaCard account

You can permanently delete your account directly in LinguaCard:

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Open the user menu.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

This deletes your account and associated personal learning data from active systems. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or routine backup expiry.

Request deletion without the app

Submit the email address registered to your LinguaCard account. For your security, submitting this form does not immediately delete an account. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
